Description
Microrasbora rubescens
Microrasbora rubescens is a small, very peaceful schooling fish that can be kept with other small fishes. The aquarium should be planted densely on the sides and background because they are very shy. In the middle you should leave enough free swimming space.
Origin
Aia – Myanmar.
Diet
You should give them very small live food. Dry food is accepted as well.
Breeding Microrasbora rubescens
Breeding Microrasbora rubescens is rather easy. The eggs are laid and fertilized between fine leaved plants. After spawning the parents should be removed. When the young fishes are swimming free you can feed them with very fine infusoria.
